Paul was amazing from start to finish. First of all, he quoted me a competitive price on my custom reed diffuser packaging. He gave me the best price in the market. He was helpful in answering my gazillion questions (very quickly) and he was very patient with me when it came to my design requests. In all honesty, I thought he would give up on me at some point but he didn't :-). Then he showed me my mockups, communicated when they were in printing and off for shipping. He's very transparent, super nice and helpful person. I will keep him as my permanent contact for customized packaging designs when I need restocking. Definitely order from him.
